One of the most vibrant news of the auto market comes from the garage of Czech automobile manufacturer Skoda. This company renowned for its fine designed mark with excellent engine performance is all set to burn the streets of India. It has been working on a seven seater SUV for Indian roads. Skoda has not won much fame for its SUVs on Indian streets. It has an awesome line of sedan for Indian streets and is highly appreciate for its performance.

It is supposed to launch after this new Yeti facelift which will be there on Indian streets in July 2014, and Skoda's SUV will come out of the manufacturing queue in autumn 2015.
This new Skoda SUV is about 4.6 metre in length and this will compete the Toyota Fortuner and Hyundai's Santa Fe in toe school of SUVs. It size is comparable to that of Ford Kuga.

Detailed features of the new Skoda SUV are very scarce in the market. They are model is based on VW's MQB platform which gives it a new drive to the wheels. This is a Seat's model which is manufactured at Skoda's Kvasiny factory. It is the same manufacturing unit from which the Skoda Superb and the Roomster mini MPV. Skoda's Superb is highly attractive in looks and this sedan is one of the favourite of India's class families.

This vehicle is rumoured to have a feature base adapted by Volkswagen Cross Blue concept, which itself is a very attractive car to judge. A feature that adds a star to this car is its optional all-wheel drive. This SUV is not yet gifted a title but expectations in the market are really high and are heard to come with a sloping roof line. Price tag for this unnamed SUV is heard to range between 35 to 40 lakhs. Auto experts and magazine critics are planning to rank this new SUV above the Yeti though which is also an output from the same auto house.

Gossips regarding the policies of the Kvasiny factory are rotating in the market, especially its low cost policies that bump up their profits. The low hourly labour rates for its Czech factory is nearly half of that in Spain, which works both for this company in accordance to the market rate of Czech. Labour rates in Czech are in vast contrast with that in Germany, almost one third.

Skoda's Yeti facelift was first featured in India at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. This model is supposed to reinvent the market with a list of modified features like new headlights, butterfly grille and redesigned taillight. Its taillight is rumoured to be a boom in its design quotient.

Dealing with its mechanical key points of this new Yeti, its engine will remain as it is a 2.0 litre diesel engine with a special Direct Shift Gearbox.
