Two versions and a special edition package available for the 2014 Acura TL
|   Saturday, September 28, 2013
The fourth generation of Acura TL has bee released in 2008 and in 2012 the company has made a change in the appearance of this model. However, some of the drivers complaint that the achieved look was not even comparable to the elegant, exclusive designs that were featured by the Acura's competitors.

On the other hand, the latest vehicle offered by Acura features a large range of standard options both on the exterior and on the interior. New and improved, the 2014 Acura is going to be available on the market in two basic versions: SH-AWD and base and the prices that have been settled for them are $39,580 and $36,030.

Due to the constant market request of optional features, Acura has also included two additional packages for this model and the interested drivers will have to pay $3,730 and $5,930 more.

The version which is going to be released in 2014 is also going to be customized in a special edition. We could state that this is nothing but a quite clever way to appeal to the customers' needs and desires but also in order to get a lot more visible on the market.

It seems that the 2014 Acura TL model will look a lot like the 2012 model except for the fact that the upcoming vehicle definitely includes a modified and enhances exterior design. The Acura signature grille has now been changed to a more distinctive feature while the wheels arches look rougher.

Among the standard features which will be included on the basically equipment of both the base and SH-AWD versions, the 2014 Acura model is going to include an exclusive, yet tough, moonroof, xenon high intensity discharge headlights and, of course, LED taillights.

Intended to be among those vehicles which offer a great driving experience, the 2014 Acura TL is going to have an interior design thought in such a way as to make this really happen. A new feature is the dual person design which has been added on the cockpit in order to offer both the passenger and the driver more personal space. Although the plastic which has been used is a high quality material, some may not be happy with the fact that a sedan which is meant to be quite exclusive, even luxury class, actually features plastic elements.

The power figures indicate that the upcoming vehicle from Acura is going to be able to produce 305 horsepower making use of the 3.7 liter V6 engine. On the other hand, the SH-AWD version is going to feature a six speed automatic transmission but the six speed manual option will also be available.

A competitor of Lexus ES350 and Infiniti Q50, the Acura TL might seem quite deficient so the company might consider some serious enhancements both on the inside and on the outside as there are probably many drivers which will not accept the idea of an exclusive sedan with plastic features.
