Toyota to Launch Social Network for Its Cars

Social networking is something that is getting popular day by day. The technological advancements are heading so fast that it is now the need of time to cope with these to get a good public response. As the social networking is very important part of the human life now a days and people want to stay connected to their friends and family. Here now as this thing is evolving so you now can work and stay connected to Facebook, twitter etc on your cars too.
Toyota Car Company is having a lead in this regard.

There was a press conference by the Toyota Company and salesforce.com in which they said that they are working and had formed a tactical association that can help to build a Toyota friend, which is certainly the social network, which is designed for the customers and theirs cars. This will be for their, own private use. This 'Toyota friend' will soon and at first place, w ill be released in Japan. In the beginning, it will be done with the Toyota's electric vehicles (EV) and plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHV). This Toyota friend will be powered and carried out by the Salesforce Chatter, which is a private social network mainly for businesses.

The company made this improved feature and this will allow a convenience level to the customers who will buy this. The company in Tokyo made a demonstration to the press and public in which the owner of the plug-in Prius hybrid got a notification that was a remainder about the recharging the car overnight. this is according to the news of Detroit that the owner of the car plugged the car for recharge and when he switched the power on the car replied that the charge will complete at late night, asking is that ok?. This is a good step in the world of technology.

There is no information regarding the release of the same technology for the U.S. market, the networks will be only for the Toyota clients, and t hey can update the social networks on their own wish etc. according to the company the clients will be able to be connected to any body among themselves and with their cars. This also will help them to connect to the dealership and to the Toyota Company. The company says that this will increase the communication of the customer with the family, friends as well as they can get the work and communication to the social media like Facebook and twitter. This is breaking news for different companies by the Toyota Company. There is a probability that they will be releasing it soon in U.S. markets too.
