Toyota expects the output from TNGA which stands for Toyota New Global Architecture in 2015. Initially the vehicle shares 20 to 30 % of their parts but they aim that 70 to 80 % part could share through this department for almost all vehicles. The next generation model of the Corolla is not as new as it sounds but it is the redesign of the previous model with latest parts. It will be available in all showrooms in the coming period. In short Toyota want to win the race for the biggest automobile company title that is the reason Toyota expanding their business as well as aiming high.

The strategy of mass colonization is that, if the part of the vehicle got defected by any model then it will automatically ban for other models too. There is no need to stop the production of every single vehicle this process could save time as well as increase the efficiency. To achieve the aim of 10 million unit sales this process is really a good approach to handle the production of numerous vehicle under one roof. Toyota is really concerned about their incentive and spending lots of money in order to gain the market. The sales of Toyota have lessened about 1.1 %.
