|   Friday, December 07, 2012
The Los Angeles Motor Show has showcased a huge list of potential hot sellers in the American market and some of the vehicles which are up for production fall 2013 are the Toyota Rav 4, Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet, Fiat 500 L Trekking, Ford Fiesta Eco Boost, Acura RLX, etc. The technical details of the vehicles have been showcased. While the Rav 4 has been updated with a larger wheelbase and increased interior space, this is not the only difference that this vehicle has with its predecessor.

The material quality has improved considerably and the driving condition is expected to improve as well. The vehicle has not been tested on road as of yet but it seems to be enthralling. A Sports version of the Rav 4 could be developed, however nothing has been confirmed officially. Toyota is expected to put the Rav 4 up for sale fall January 2013 and the first badge is expected to reach the customers by February. The best feature about the vehicle is expected to be the price factor, which is expected to be the same as that of the last generation.

Volkswagen has showcased the Beetle Cabriolet and this vehicle is expected to sell in huge numbers in California. The vehicle is best describe as cute and is best suited to cruising with its top down. Sales in Europe could however suffer considerably considering the fact that it is a Cabriolet. It has been described as a halo model for the next generation Golf sand the vehicle is expected to be available at a base price of 18,150 Pounds in the UK.

Fiat has announced plans to launch the 500 L Trekking in America fall 2013, however a European launch has not been finalized as of yet. The Trekking is the perfect balance between the on roader 500 L with subtle off road capabilities. This is a killer combination and the Trekking is expected to sell in huge numbers in both Europe and America. Acura has also showcased the RLX at the event.

Although the company is based out of Great Britain, this vehicle has been designed especially for the American market. The vehicle features a 3.5 liter 306 BHP displacing V6 engine, mated to Honda's Precision All Wheel Drive power train. This has also been used in the Honda NSX, one of the most awaited vehicles of this generation. However, the launch plans of the NSX have not been announced as of yet and the vehicle is still in its concept stages.

Ford is keen on launching its 1.0 liter, Ford Fiesta Eco Boost in the United States and the vehicle will be available within the next few months. This is one of the most anticipated super minis in America at the moment and the small yet efficient engine is the best part about the vehicle. This vehicle is cutting edge technology and is quite fuel efficient and environment friendly, the two major priorities of car buyers nowadays. Ford has finally delivered its promise.
