The Skoda Fabia Super 2000 rally car beats the Nobel M600 despite its low power displacement

The Skoda Fabia Super 2000 rally car and the Noble M 600 are two vehicles which are very similar in character but very different in their visual aspects. Although the Fabia Super 2000 may be the bigger of the two when it comes to overall physical appearance but being bigger does not necessarily mean that it is better. The Fabia is the more colorful of the two, featuring smart graphics and stickers on the external front while sporting a bigger spoiler, side skirts and rear wings.

The aerodynamics of the Skoda however is not improved by a huge margin even after featuring these enhancements as compared to the Nobel which is leaner, lighter and lower than the Fabia Super 2000. The Noble M 600 produces an 450 – 600 BHP of raw power, unleashed from a 4.4 liter twin turbo V8 engine. Skoda on the other hand uses a meek 2.0 liter four cylinder engine on the Fabia, producing a meager 265 BHP in comparison.

When it comes to overall performance, the torque production faster beats the Skoda Fabia Sports 2000 and the Noble claims the title. The Skoda however being constructed mainly out of carbon fiber, is lighter than the M 600. This reduction in weight however does not help the vehicle face the Nobel in any way as the M 600 features a great advantage due to its high power production capability.

The Noble M 600 also has wider tires for better road grip and traction along with a more refined front placed engine as well as new ceramic disk brake calipers. Overall, the Noble M 600 is exactly what the Fabia Super 2000 wants to be. The smooth and standard gear ratio on the M 600 is also potent considering the feel of the performance and as a result the Nobel is the best car to own.

However, the Fabia is designed to be a rally car and as a result the vehicle has been designed accordingly with off road tires, reduction in body weight, enhanced gear shift ratios as compared to the base model, etc. However, these are not enough to beat the mighty power of the M 600. The Skoda is a great handler and steers better than the Nobel any day. The Skoda has a deep engine growl and the sound drowns the meek whirr of the Noble. However, it is when the cars are raced that the real results start to show up.

The Fabia S 2000 fizzes in front of the Noble M 600 and this is a proven fact. However, the smooth transmission system, overall refined drive train along with great steering, electronic components etc. makes the Fabia stand out among the two. The Fabia S 2000 is built for a purpose and the vehicle fulfills the purpose with elegance. However, off road, a Skoda Fabia S 2000 is faster than a Noble M 600 despite its power differences. Similar results will be obtained on track as the Nobel is quite difficult to control round corners.
