Porsche executives refused to take any blame for the accident in which Paul Walker has died, suggesting that the actor was partly to blame for his own death.

Paul Walker was a passenger in the car 2005 Porsche Carrera GT driven by his good friend Roger Rodas, on November 30, 2013, when the vehicle crashed into a lamppost front of Santa Clarita, California. The vehicle caught fire shortly thereafter, killing them both Walker and the Rodas.

Meadow Walker, daughter 16 years old American star, sued the manufacturer of luxury cars in September, accusing Porsche negligence.
In documents filed in court, Meadow Walker says that some of the machine design errors kept him her father trapped inside the vehicle when the outbreak.

At the time, company executives Porsche denied the accusations: "As I said before, we are very sorry when someone is injured in a car Porsche, but we think that the ratio authorities in this case clearly established that that tragic accident resulted from imprudent driving and excessive speed."

Currently, company officials offered a new perspective after application filed in court by Walker Meadow, dismissing its allegations and saying that Paul Walker was "a sophisticated and knowledgeable user of the model 2005 Carrera GT".

They rejected also criticism of the design of the vehicle, saying it was "unfair and false", "used and maintained in an inappropriate way", adding that there could be "guilt comparable", suggesting that Paul Walker would be partially responsible for his own death.

Porsche executives have previously insisted on the fact that the tragedy was caused by reckless driving style of Roger Rodas after his widow, Kristine, initiated a similar lawsuit against the North American branch of the company in 2014.

Authorities who investigated the accident in turn stressed that excessive speed was the main factor of the accident. US investigators say that Roger Rodas was driving a car with a speed between 130 and 150 kilometers in the moment of impact. Forensic experts have ruled out drugs and alcohol among factors that have contributed to the accident. Investigators said also that found no evidence pointing to the existence of technical problems with the vehicle.

Death of Paul Walker at the age of 40, caused a temporarily halt to filming "fast and furious 7", the latest film in the franchise of action, inspired by the world of underground racing sports car and turned on American actor into an international star.

The film was finally completed through computer graphics programs with the help of facial and younger brothers Paul Walker actor - Caleb and Cody.
In April, the seventh in franchise action feature "fast and furious" entered the Top 10 most profitable films in cinema history, having earned more than 1.15 billion dollars worldwide.
