The All New Range Rover 2013
|   Tuesday, August 21, 2012
From far as anyone can remember, the Range Rover has probably been one of the first SUVs available in the market. It's executive design, features and luxury has always made it a true love for the enthusiasts. The company has come a long way and has yet to disappoint any of the already Range Rover drivers at any point. You find Range Rovers being driven by the rich, the tough business executives and even sometimes Royalty. Even the young seem to be more excited about the Range Rover sport that featured four exhaust pipe a V8 engine and impressive torque.
You would see tuned Range Rovers rushing down the highway at intense speed and all you could do is envy the driver getting a thrill out of it.

Land Rover introduced the new Range Rover 2013 this last few months and it is interesting how the new design differs from the previous generation. No more do you see the Range Rover as an edged utility vehicle but rather a more round and curved front hood. The flagship vehicle clearly was inspired by the success of the design of it's younger sibling the Range Rover Evoque. Of course the vehicle still features it's signature flat roof and square box form with giant alloy rims but the biggest changes in the car more likely to be hidden than visible in the designs. The new Range Rover 2013 has an Aluminum body that has seemed to make the car nearly 40 percent more lighter. Of course that is good for fuel efficiency but since when are Range Rover drivers concerned about that? Yet it seemed to be much more acceptable and still desirable by the anxiously waiting drivers.
A Range Rover Spokesperson announced that the new 2013 models of the Range Rover would still hold the V8 engines and would be the only ones available for the range. The Rover will also offer 375 horsepower 5-liter engine but there is still a supercharged 4.2 liter unit that will give a 510 Horsepower Torque.

Not only that, the Land Rover company has also been concerned about the environment and has decided to go green just like other Auto Giants. The new Range Rover line up also has a Diesel Hybrid engine in the works and will be available all across the globe . Quiet the news for eco-friendly car lovers as now they can enjoy big luxury Sports Utility Vehicles just like anyone else. The design is as the same as other line ups an aluminium body car with lower roof line. Still it is too early to talk about the rest of the specifications of the car as it is expected to be available latest by next year. However, rumors ar available the new Hybrid Range Rovers will give a fuel economy as much as 33.33 mpg.

The cars are expected to make a debut in the Paris Auto Show this, both the regular and the Hybrid Variant models. How the customers are going to react to these models is a much waited event for the Range Rover designers.
