The 2013 Jaguar F Type Vehicles Set to Steal the Show
|   Tuesday, April 23, 2013
Jaguar has launched the new F Type Sports car with a new engine modification aimed at enhancing the popularity of this vehicle. This is the shortest vehicle from jaguar since the XJ 220 and the power house behind this machine is the super charged 3.0 liter V6 engine mated to an automatic ZF transmission system - eight speed gear box. This vehicle sports all aluminum sports rim and the chassis is 30 percent stiffer than its predecessor.

Torsion adjustment has been enhanced and this vehicle has been designed at par with the design elements of other prominent car makers such as Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche and Aston Martin etc.
The new F Type vehicles will look similar to the XK Series The ride height of this vehicle has been decreased and this enhances the handling as well as the ride comfort.

Some of the segment rivals of the Jaguar F Type vehicle are the Audi R8 Spyder, Porsche 911 cabriolet, Mercedes Benz SL, Aston Martin V8 Roadster as well as the Porsche Boxter. Unlike the other cars in this segment, the Porsche Boxter is cheaper by 20 percent and that still gives it an additional edge in the market. The jaguar is however confident that the equations will be changed once the new F Type vehicles are launched in the market.

The 3.0 Liter engine displaces 375 BHP along with 339 ft lb of torque and the dual clutch transmission system works well in adjusting and distributing the power generated to the required wheels. Jaguar is also looking forward to launching a V8 engine option on the Jaguar F Type. This vehicle is expected to sport a top speed of 171 MPH while acceleration from 0 – 60 MPH is possible within 4.8 seconds.

Priced at £67,500, the Jaguar XF offers enough specifications for the price too. Jaguar plans on using old school technologies on the XF to enhance the way this vehicle operates. Power steering is replaced with hydraulic and mechanical controls and this vehicle returns a healthy 31.0 MPG along with 213 g/km of CO2. The last vehicle from Jaguar to sport such specifications was the E Type Austin Healey.

This vehicle feels completely sporty with the added luxury edge that Jaguar is famous for. The steering column of this vehicle can be modified heavily while the trim level of this car is of standard quality. This vehicle is a hassle free touring vehicle and the cabin is a great place to be in. The Dynamic body control of the F Type is the best part about this vehicle which instructs the dampers to loosen up or stretch the springs accordingly.

The throttle is very responsive and the vehicle flies off the starting point when the acceleration pedal is floored. Jaguars are known for their exclusivity and the 2013 XF is sure worth the money. The vehicle may be a dedicated drift machine, but at the core still lay the heart of a Jaguar ready to pounce at the slightest provocation.
