When someone hears Yeti and a car together, they must imagine a huge bulky and heavy car that is fit to torn through all terrains. Skoda has released concept for their new YETI Extreme and it is exactly what comes to mind when you hear Yeti and Car together. This is a big car fit for both on road as well as off-road experiences, although it is being advertised as an off road racer. With its amazing design and wonderful body colors, this car is going to be dream car for many.

This concept has been released ahead of Worthersee tuning show. This rally inspired Yeti crossover has been in planning for quite a long time and now that it is finally being released as a concept, it has met all expectations. First talking about design of this car, there have been a number of changes. A height adjustable chassis is first major change to the design. Going with big feel of this car, it receives bigger bumpers. It also has big tires, 17 inch alloy wheels to be exact.

Moving on to look of this car, which takes everyone by surprise, it has received a complete matt grey paint finish. Along with that, it has some wonderful fluorescent yellow highlights on top and wheels of this car. These highlights make it amazingly catchy to the eye. Also, there is going to be no silencer to exhaust pipes of this car, so it is going to produce a meaty roaring sound on drive.

Most important part of any car which promises off road racing performance is power. For Skoda Yeti Extreme, there is going to be a 1.8 liter TSI engine. This engine is capable of producing 180 hp and 184 lb ft of torque, enough for a big car like this, and that also at 1500 rotation per minute to 4200 rotations per minute. Along with this, there is going to be a six speed manual transmission, a DSG dual clutch one. It is capable of going to 60 miles per hour from rest in 9 seconds. With its wonderful pickup, top speed of this car is 119 miles per hour.

Moving on to interior of this car, there are going to be four separate Recaro seats. Yellow highlights are going to be present even on the inside. Also, a part of boot space is going to be occupied by a spare wheel. Safety of this car has also been taken good care of. There is going to be better seat belts and bigger brakes from Octavia vRS.

Styling of this car is the most intriguing part. If one manages to take their eyes off yellow highlights they will be greeted by LED headlights and roof and rim inserts. Gearshift paddles and sporty steering wheels all add to the experience.

This car has been manufactured from fine materials like carbon fibers etc. another good thing is that provisions have been made to tackle emergency situations as well in Skoda YETI Extreme.
