Rolls Royce Phantom Serenity: The Sedan That Promises World's Most Luxurious Interior
|   Tuesday, March 03, 2015
Rolls Royce has released a first teaser of their surprise at the 2015 Geneva Auto Show. The model will be called Rolls Royce Phantom Serenity, and it will be wanted as the most opulent car in the world.

On the occasion of the Geneva Motor Show, Rolls Royce will try once again to show all the customization capability of a Phantom, the largest model in the range. The limousine was created to celebrate "the historical importance of silk as a symbol of royal and imperial power".
Evoking an important period in the history of Great Britain will need the most expensive textile materials since the targeted result by British experts is clear: to create the most opulent car in the world.

Old Rolls Royce models that have transported kings and queens, emperors and empresses worldwide have been used as source of inspiration along with using contemporary interpretations of modern furniture all combined with motifs on the Imperial Japanese Kimono.

The materials used will include cherry wood, silk carpets accent, a ceiling embroidered with silk flower, pearls inserts and special tools board. This move, although at first glance may seem surprising, makes sense, especially if it is analyzed in the context of the British showing competitors what they are capable of. So, rivals beware!
The Serenity was created by the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Bespoke Design team with the British company being confident that it will "set a new benchmark for luxury individualization in super-luxury motor cars".

However, this version is more advanced compared to the first Rolls-Royce Bespoke creation. To put it simply, the custom interior is highly refined, worthy of the title "most opulent interior of any luxury car".

Among the latest bespoke models we had thePhantom Drophead Coupe Nighthawk, inspired by modern fighter planes. Back in December, Rolls-Royce has come up with a Suhail collection, who presented rich leather, ash burr wood and beautiful details of Moonstone pearl color.

But if Rolls Royce is showing off, the same is true for Mercedes-Maybach and Bentley. As a bit of trivia, recently those at Rolls Royce said that they do not see Mercedes-Maybach (double M) as a threat to their position. Therefore, they don't have any worries. That's the official version, but after the Serenity we can say with a reasonable degree of certainty that this is their way to keep things under control, and remind people who is the king.

If we consider that this model is based on the Rolls Royce Phantom, we can expect to have the same twinturbo V12 engine displacing 6.7 liters as standard equipment. This powerful engine develops 453 horsepower and 531 Nm of torque and is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Due to these features, acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h (60 mph takes just 5.7 seconds.

The new standard in the super-luxury class will be revealed at a press conference in Hall 6 at the Geneva International Motor Show on March 3rd.
