Nissan to launch a hybrid model which is GT-R Next
|   Tuesday, November 04, 2014
Now it is very much confirmed that Nissan will make its next GT-R a hybrid model. The company had mentioned about making a hybrid model a lot earlier but the chief of Nissan sports cars James Oliver now confirms that this is finally going to be a hybrid one.

As Oliver said, there was nothing much to choose from whether it should be a hybrid or not. There have been a lot of developmental changes in GT-R over last few years and at a time it would be upgraded to a next generation car.
Whole market is looking to implement new technologies in their new models. So Nissan can't afford to stay behind this race. Their experience and investing power on technologies can make high quality cars in future.

In electric motor techs and in battery production Nissan has already mastered. Hence they have the ability to produce amazing quality performance in future to incorporate in next generation models. After the launch of R35 back in 2009, a big leap forward occurred and this forced them to make sure about the next generation models to be equally leaped forwarded. It's not just the cars but for whole company the effect should be increased as per the chief of company.

Oliver is not revealing a lot about the next model of GT-R's power and the amount of clout it has. Currently this model produces 542 BHP and get 0 to 62 miles per hour within as less as 2.8 seconds. They are looking forward to add a few more addition to the R36, so that its performance can be bettered and matched with today's imagination.

As per design and style, the outland concept of 2020 was shown in Good wood Speed Festival which shows what the fans really expect. Oliver describes the same as the study of design for next level GT-R. Therefore you can expect a log of positive changes in the R35 model in future.

Nissan is planning to build more developed models so that they can give much more performance. Customers always want something better each time in each department. So they will keep refine the configuration every time.

This model is available to customers at 78,000 Euros. So they don't want it to get old in such a smaller period of time. So Nissan announced its models year update. Updates refer to refinements; hence these don't render previous models obsolete. People would not stop buying this current version only because there will be a new version in coming year.

Few loyal customers do not hesitate to trade latest GT-R whenever it gets any update. The number and location of Nissan customers is really broad and a good percent of its use GT-R. Other customers come and get one, then change to others and this is typical way in which sport car market runs. As Oliver believes, demand in future may be of any kind but Nissan will keep up to it and deliver amazing products in affordable prices.
