Nissan generates more profit from US other than China market

Nissan is the most successful and is listed among the biggest auto mobile manufacturer of the world. The profit margin of Nissan is increasing ad yet it had achieved about 82.02 billion Yen which is approximately to 819 million US dollars in its April to June season. According to the automobile analysts it could achieve more in future. Nissan is working to generate a positive sign for improving the sales in China automobile market with expected contribution of the United States operation.
Japanese automakers are facing serious trouble in the market of China because of the diplomatic row between Tokyo and Beijing in the last September; this diplomatic row hit the sales of Nissan very hard. China is the biggest platform for the vehicle of Nissan motors which makes Nissan successful and well worth in the country of Japan.

Sales figure of Nissan lessen and it is just 284 thousand vehicles in the period of January to March period with its share also decreasing about 5.5 %. Just because of the different financial years in China and in Japan the January to Mach expected sales could be achieved by Nissan in April to June. But this is just the sales, as compared to the previous year the figure of sales is not as good as was in the last year. The sale is continuously decreasing year to year by 1 % in the April to June period. Nissan was giving a market share of 6.2 % but now it is on just 0.7%. The vice president of Nissan motors claims that, Nissan want its share back in the market of China about 6.5%. Now Nissan started to make vehicles for China with the collaboration with Dong Feng Automobile group.

On the other hand, In the United States of America Nissan enjoying the sales which boost in the last few years after the prices are reduced on vehicles of Nissan. In the May Nissan Altima was the best selling vehicle in the market of US. The sales of United Stated market increase up to 20% on the period of Aril to June sales. Te total shares of Nissan from the market of United States are about 7.4% which is really good from such a big international market. The officials of Nissan claims that, Nissan has increased its number of temporary workers to 900 and the pay scale for employee has risen to 10% due to which they can give their maximum output.

For the coming year of 2014 up to March Nissan has estimated its net profit of 420 billion Yen. According to survey of senior automobile analysts it has been recorded that the expected profit will be 467 billion yen which is greater than the expectation of Nissan. This is the situation of Nissan, Nissan wants more profit from the market of China but on the other hand their profit will generating from the market of United States. Nissan focus more to boost the sales and profit margin from the market of china in the next coming years.
