Mitsubishi plans to deal with Thailand bank

In the recent update Mitsubishi the leading automobile manufacturer plans to deal with the Thailand bank of Ayudhya and decided to purchase 75 % about 5.6 billion dollars. Mitsubishi is considered as a largest lender in the country. The deal which is going to be held in a few days will be the biggest deal by Japan in Southeast Asia. In the recent news interview Mitsubishi representative claims that, in future Thailand will be the greatest economic hub for investors.
Japan and Thailand have been enjoying close relationship for many years; many Japanese companies are now working in Thailand to enhance the economy of this country. Bank of Ayudhya is one of the leading commercial bank in Thailand, the services of this bank is really attractive and diversified in the economic market. The worker of this bank is very intelligent and much knowledge about the current position of the market.

Mitsubishi announces that they would offer shares to his shareholders, which is about 39 Thai (1.25$) per share. Mitsubishi officials aim to close their deals by the end of December 2013. This could be as the biggest deal from Mitsubishi motors' until yet. It has invested 900 billion yen to purchase a stake in Stanley 2008.Last December Mitsubishi declares to buy a 20 % stake in Vietnam Bank about the value of 743 million dollars which was the biggest foreign investment in any bank sector.

In the month of April 2013 a United States unit of Mitsubishi motors' announced that it had reached to a contract for purchasing a real estate to lend a business by PB Corporation, which is a Deutsche bank company. The actual price for sales has not yet leaked but it could estimate the worth of 300 billion Yen. Japan is very strong in the banking sector and always looking forward for foreign investment to boost their economic growth. Last May Mitsubishi hit an agreement in which 40 % stake in Indonesian bank for about 1.5 billion dollars. Last year they have announced to purchase a stake of 15 % share in Vietcom bank. Bank of Ayudhya was established in 1945 and now it is among the top five banks of Thailand with 600 branches and 18 thousand employees all over the Thailand.

Ratanarak is the owner of this bank who actually runs a television channel. Bank of Ayudhya grabs an asset of 3.4 trillion yen. Like other bank this bank also handles credit cards, loans, strong transaction and many other facilities. On Tuesday the news has come that two weeks ago New York refused Mitsubishi to sanction 250 million dollar fine for handling credits transfer which violates the law. This time Mitsubishi has taken a very good step toward the growth of its company. Soon we will see the agreement between the Thailand bank and Mitsubishi motors for the better economic growth of Thailand as well as Mitsubishi. Mitsubishi always plans to do big and this time also they proved themselves.
