Mercedes to drop price of their cars in Australia

Luxury automaker Mercedes announced on Friday that they are soon going to drop the price of some models in Australia. The company has decided to take this step so that everyone can own their car. During first week on this month, company announced that they will soon have a big surprise for the Australians who likes their cars, and that surprise is to buy their cars at a lower price.

When asked about the exact amount to be reduced, the company told that it has not announced yet, but one thing that is sure is price reduction will surely happened.
Company also told that reduction in price will not be same for all the cars. In some of the cars the buyers will be allowed to have around 1 percent relaxation in money. On the other side in few cars the discount will vary from 0.50 to 1.50 percent.

Company told media the reason to drop the price of their car is to make their cars more common in Australia. On the other hand various news channels have indicated that reason behind this decision taken by the company is to hike their sales in Australia. According to those news channels, Mercedes is facing some issues with their sales in Australia, and even after putting lot of efforts they are not able to attract people towards their cars. So this is the actual reason that Mercedes is going of offer some relaxation in the overall price of their few cars in Australia.

Mercedes is sure to have excellent sales of their cars in Australia, once they offer this discount. The new price range will be available from 1st July in Australia. Additionally, Mercedes has also focused on providing some of the attractive offers to the people who are interested in buying their cars in Australia.

During a press conference in Germany earlier this month, the company told that it has been decided by them to drop the price of some models in Australia. After Australia, the company may also drop their price range in New Zealand. When asked about any other country rather than these two countries where people enjoy this benefit, the marketing and sales manager of Mercedes told that company is not planning to drop their cars price in any other country. HE told that even plan to drop prices in New Zealand is also not yet finalized.

A newspaper recently published news that Mercedes is somewhere not able to stand with its competitors in Australia. Audi has recently overtaken Mercedes in terms of overall sales of cars. So to stay ahead in competition, Mercedes has a plan to sell their cars in Australia at a lower price that their current price.

When asked about the time period for which the discount remains active for buyers, the company told that one can purchase their cars at discounted price by the end of this year. After this time period company don't have any plans to offer some relaxation in money to the buyers of their cars.
