The company that has been putting a smile on the faces of people for years is back with the latest invention in the S class. The company has been in the industry for a long time now. They have planned to replace the current S class model with a new model in 2014. The new model will have a lot more to offer to the people.

With the new car Mercedes has decided to leave out the traditional light bulbs and replace them with highly powerful LED lights.
The company is making it a class apart. There was a time when a luxury sedan meant a lot of power, details, class and classy interiors. At this age the company is changing the trends of automobile industry.

Now the company will use LED lamps, night vision and 3D cameras to guide the car. There are a lot of technical factors that are being added to the car in order to make it the best in its class. The car will be a combination of engineering, class and power. This car will surely give the competitors a run for their money.

The front head lamps of the car will have 56 LED in each of them where as the tail lamps of the car will have about 25 LED lamps in them. The interior of the car will have 300 LED. This is a clear sign of progression. The interior LED will be available in seven different colours and five different dim modes. There will also be four different modes of lighting in the car.

The car will be powered by a twin 4.7 litre V8 engine that produces power close to 455 BHP. The car will be able to reach speeds from 0 to 62 mph in just 4.8 seconds. This is great as the current version of the S class takes a second longer than the new model. The competitors like BMW are well behind this mark.

This car will be equipped with a lane change detector so that if the driver is not concentrating enough then the car will be able to give certain warnings of control. The air suspension will no longer wait for the car to bump of get into pit holes in order to function. They will be coordinated with the 3D cameras and radar in order to look for any improper road.

The car will have two screens of 12.3 inches installed in the car to control the car. This is the largest ever screen that will be installed in any of the car so far. The company is making this car mainly for the US markets. The car will be available in diesel, petrol and gasoline variants. Trying to be typically Mercedes the company has also announced that a Hybrid version of the car will be produced one year after the car is launched in the actual market.
