Mercedes-Benz to reveal its S-Class with new V12 Drivetrain
|   Wednesday, November 19, 2014
Mercedes-Benz is looking forward to expand its S-class range even more. Addition of Maybach S-Class will give the company a wide range both figuratively and literally. This model has very long wheel base and will be revealed in next week during LA's Motor Show.

This longer wheel based model has a 3165mm size between rear and front wheels which is even more than the previous S-Class. It will have new panels of doors with better trailing edges and reworked glasshouses which will have windows built to the C-pillar.
This will help it to accommodate the longer passenger compartment.

Daimler has decided to offer new S-Class variants with double individual seats at rear, complete electric adjustment with heating, ventilation and memory setting will be there. There also will be customizable content available for buyers to change the upper crust for their own whims and needs.

According to the metadata and images made available by Daimler, this S-class model is to be sold as S600 trim. This means if Mercedes-Benz do not tweaks the engine to maintain the ultra large wheelbase car, this model will become available having a 6.0 liter twin turbo V12 generating 390 KW power and 830NM torque.
In the previous Maybach during 2002, the Maybach tag was used as only its lonesome. But the new Maybach follows new line such as the Mercedes-AMG new GT and AMG C63 which was used instead of Benz suffix.

As per Daimler, Maybach will not be used as an equipment tag; rather it is like a sub brand which will be delivered in Mercedes-Benz's business giving it an exclusive form. The previous form of Maybach was terminated officially by the company in 2013 when sales gone poor and big losses. There were only 3000 Maybachs sold in the last nine years solely this model.

Each piece of the sold model was estimated individually and each of them was sold around 330,000 Euros and in dollars it is nearly $474,000. The model has a super luxurious saloon and it was planned by Guangzhou in China and also US. Company is willing to compete with Rolls-Royce new Ghost and Bentley's Flying Spur which have occupied the market very well.

German car builder tried to fill up a void created by axing of Maybach and its 57 to 62 models. The first creation of Maybach will get differentiated from the S-Class by a subtle exterior with more styled grille along with lengthened doors at rear. Its inside has newly designed decoration adjusted electrically situated under the seats which is very similar to previous Maybachs.

This is a 6.0 liter V12 AMG powered engine based twin turbo model featuring a much longer wheelbase. Up to six people can sit comfortably and the complete feature will be unveiled during 2015.

During the next spring people can get it as their personal vehicles and its official price will be announced on December 18. However it is mostly expected that the car's price will range from 10,000 to 15,000 Euros.
