To enhance North America output, Mazda in collaboration with Toyota is going to start a plant in Mexico in the year 2015. Toyota will be an innovation of the Mazda 2 and the main area to be targeted will be US, Canadian and Mexican markets.

While talking to the public the company stated that the at the rate of 50,000 vehicles per year the company is expected to start its production in the summer of 2015.

The company is expected to start setting it business up in the year 2014.
It will start the beginning with the production of Mazda2 and Mazda3. It is in the plan to export the vehicles to the United States, Greg Young, Mazda representative said.

Dion Corbett, Toyota spokesman said,"Toyota is going to share the expenses regarding the expansion of the production of the vehicles. He reluctant to disclosed the amount of money Toyota is going to share."
The agreement has been made keeping in the mind to increase the production of the vehicles.

This will also benefit both the parties in reducing the losses in the form of import from Japan thus saving a huge sum of money and to stop depending on the production from Japan. Mazda has stopped the production in the only plant it has in the United States. Both the companies can work together in collaboration with each other and do wonders in economical field.

Toyota's Corbett stated that initially the production is going to start from Mazda2. The Mazdda2 in the market is on the style of Ford. Whether both the companies will work in the collaboration, Like Mazda did when Mazda and Ford had strong economic ties, in the production or not this the things not clear yet.

Keeping in view the demands for the Yaris it is likely that Toyota is going to use s Mazda's plant for the production of Yaris. The yaris is expected to be in the market in the year 2015.
Currently the Yaris is being imported from Japan, where it being assembled. The import from Japan reduces the profit margin for the dealers in general and the manufacturer in particular.

Toyota has planned to shift the production of the Yaris from Japan to France to avoid the impact of the Japanese Yen. For the first time in the history Toyota is going to import it cars assembled in Europe to North America,
As regard the agreement there had not been any kind of commitment signed between the two parties but it is expected that Mazda would like to come in contract with Toyota as compared to Ford. According to the contract the agreement is expected to be signed in the next year and after the agreement is signed the production is likely going to start.

Mazda and Fiat are expected to come in collaboration regarding a joint venture of production of a new model. The model is planned to be assembled in Hiroshima, Japan and is expected to be latest version of one of the old models.
In 2015 Alfa has planned to launch this project.
