Lexus launches the Next Generation RX 350 F Sport
|   Tuesday, January 29, 2013
Sports cars have a separate entity and demand and the people who are into motor sports will find any high revving car attractive regardless of its make or model. The Lexus RX 350 F Sport perfectly fits the bill as a sports vehicle although the RX clan has a reputation for not being quite sporty as the company claims. However, Lexus surely seems to have made a few compromising changes to the RX clan this time round.

The general description of the RX 350 and the 450 Hybrid is comfortable and roomy.
However, with the launch of the F Sport, Lexus is all set to change the statistics associated with the car. The 2013 entrant is all set to woo crowds although Lexus has not yet confirmed a launch date or platform for the vehicle.

The new RX 350 F Sport features all wheel drive and is the first vehicle in its clan to sport an eight speed transmission system whereas the standard version carries a six speed manual transmission system. The suspension has also been upgraded and this is the most enthralling features about the vehicle. The ride has been smoothened out and the Unique Lateral Performance Damper System surely does its job of improving the way the car drives.

The suspension setting on the RX 350 F Sport is similar to the one used on the CT 200 Hybrid Hatchback and people are aware of the fact that the vehicle is one of the best Lexus has ever designed. The dampers work together with the suspension settings to control the body roll and driving the agenda and the car is quick, agile and fast around corners. Stability is not a question and Lexus has advanced a great deal to compose this vehicle.

Vibration has been removed and the build quality of the X 350 F Sport is tremendous. Standard 18 inch wheels are being provided by Lexus and the 3.5 liter V6 aluminum engine has been re-tuned to churn out optimum output possible for the engine. Straight line performance has been enhanced but this vehicle feels the most at home in the corners.

The six speed automatic transmitted RX 350 2010 accelerated to 60 MPH from 0 in 6.8 seconds while this model can do it in 5.5 seconds. That is massive performance when compared. The average fuel consumption of the F Sport is 18 MPG within the city perimeter and that is adequate considering the size of the vehicle.

The driving dynamics of the F Sport is quite subtle and considering the current performance, the parts, quality of the materials and performance is quite decent. Lexus has designed the ultimate RX 350 possible and this vehicle features the best level at the best price. The base price of the RX 350 F Sport is $47,895 and that is quite competitive in the market considering its rivals are the 2013 Audi Q5 3.0 liter and the BMW X3 XDrive 35i and both the vehicles cost a fortune as compared to this Lexus.
