Lamborghini faces troubles with the economic crisis
|   Thursday, November 15, 2012
In contrast to the regular car fragments, luxurious cars are known mostly for its worth. The more its price, the more tempting it is to the purchaser. As the cars are not heavily produced, they are measured as limited and possession of the car speaks a lot of the person's status. Even though the price is the major aspect, additional features are still being measured.

Due to certain economic crisis, a report suggests that the demand for luxurious cars have fallen recently.
The purchasing power of people falls and the demand for such luxurious cars just can't meet up as the prices are way too high. But it has been noticed that once the economy starts to pick, people are ready to purchase those high class models. It is for sure that people are willing to pay higher for their status in the society and thus the production of these luxurious cars sho uld cont inue once the economy recovers. There have been a lot of problems being faced by world's leading companies who are unable to find their mark due to the recession. The overall supply has also been affected due to the uneven economic conditions.

The management of Lamborghini has declared that the overall demand for the luxurious sports cars will not be increasing due to the economic crisis in Europe and the economy of China has also slowed down recently. For this reason the management needs to be very careful in deciding what steps they should take to boost its sales and get back on track with recovering its costs.

Because of the economic crisis in Europe, many companies have decided to expand their operations in other countries. The Aventador J supercar has expanded its scale of operations in many other countries such as Singapore and Hong Kong to cover its losses in China and Europe. The other companies such as Italian supercar producers have started operating in Indi a as wel l. There is an increase in demand in countries like Singapore, Hong Kong and other Asian countries but Lamborghini is unable to meet it up due to less production. It is because of this reason the company has sales gone down below the average whereas Aventador's performance has been improving because of the recovery in US economy and its production scale is large enough to meet the demand of each and every country where it is producing.

The manager of Lamborghini suggested that it requires a lot of thinking before making any decisions because of huge investment that is required to start a new project. It has come up with a design of SUV at the car show recently held in Beijing which is a new model. These new models require a lot of investment and thinking about where to establish the power plants taking into consideration the overall world economic crisis and the calculations that needs to be done about the sales and demand of high class cars. The manager has said about ta king an action as quickly as possible to minimize the further losses.
