Honda to launch a Minivan Cool exclusively for Japan Market
|   Sunday, May 03, 2015
Honda announces its latest Minivan with name WGN for Japanese market exclusively. It has already debuted having engine configuration as 1.5 liter turbocharged VTEC four cylinders and a "Waku Waku" sportier tailgate. This upcoming version of Minivan has seven seats inside and currently it will hit the Japanese market and later they would launch it in U.S market as well in 2016. Its output showed 148 horsepower with 150 lb ft torque. When it pairs with CVT it can be driven with either all wheels drive or front wheels drive system.

When it is compared with Honda Odyssey, Minivan's step WGN seems taller, boxier and narrower. However, its tailgate arrangement is really unique and very interesting. It is called as "Waku Waku" sports gate which means exciting. Its vertical tailgate is really large and opens as if a hatch does. Unfortunately, U.S market will not avail the Minivan with Step WGN.
