Holden, Toyota and Ford face major slowdown in their production processes!

The automobile manufacturers of Australia have faced a major limbo as the factories which supplied the major parts of the automobiles were closed by the manufacturers for indefinite period of time. According to the reports as many as 400 employees who used to work in the aiAutomotive factory in Woodville of South Australia and the Gisborne factory in Victoria had to leave the office from its doors as suspension notices were put to act in the morning itself.

The parent company of all these subsidiary companies, Autodom Limited suspended its work and hence these smaller factories had to close as well. The parent company has till now out forth the reason of running low in finance, lack of monetary support as their main reasons for suspending their work processes.

Due to this, the local automobile manufacturers of Australia, namely Toyota, Holden and Ford are facing immense problems since Autodom used to supply them with various unique automotive components. Due to the halt of the production by the Autodom, the major car manufacturers have also put halt to their present and near future production plans.

It is being thought that Ford has been most badly hit by the closure of Autodom as it used to supply Ford more or less 400 various parts for its vehicle manufacturing. The director of public affairs of Ford Australia has mentioned that they will be forced to close down their manufacturing process within the upcoming week unless Autodom resumes supplying the components.

The director, Sinead Phipps also said, "At present we are assessing the effects that have already been brought about on our production processes. Till now we are doing well but this may not be the condition next week. If the Autodom supplies are not resumed real soon this will badly hit our production rates as well!"

Phipps also said that Ford will have to look for alternative solutions to continue their manufacturing plans if Autodom does not reopen! Ford is really looking for their reopening as it is quite tough to find the suppliers of over 400 components overnight!

However the communications director of Holden has said, "Autodom used to supply us quite important components and the absence of those will surely hinder the production. Idling will be noticeable when the next week approaches!" Craig Cheetham also said, "It is true that we are in a fix right now but we are ready to wait for some while and get the problems resolved so that no further disruptions are caused in our production!"

However it seems, Toyota is in a much better position than the other two manufacturers. The manager named Beck Angel said, "We are not presently much bothered about the closure. We are in a good position and have ample of supplies that will last for a considerable period of time. Hopefully there will be no disruption or hindrance in the production process!" It is evident from her statements that Toyota will not idle its production even though the supplies are down in the market.

However Autodom has released their statement. The CEO also said, "We are running short of resources and support right now!"
