Ferrari plans to curb down the sales
|   Wednesday, May 15, 2013
Talking of cars one name stands out as an exquisite brand. Ferrari has been in the industry for a long time now. They have produced the best cars over the years. Coming into the year Ferrari has been doing a lot of sales. Now that there are a lot of cars on the streets the boss of the company does not seem to be happy. A decade ago Ferrari came across the same problem and had to curb down on the sales.

The company boss has made it clear that Ferrari will not compromise on its class and status symbol.
It is a dream for people to own a Ferrari. Due to the excessive sales of the cars the prices are going down and that makes the brand more vulnerable to the second hand market. The brand seems to be losing its importance in the long run. Ferrari has always been the brand that has been able to make people happy.

He has made it clear that the company will curb down on sales but that does not mean that the profits of the company will be cut down as well.

Over the years Ferrari has been increasing their sales by 4 per cent every year. On the other hand the profits of the company have been increasing at an alarming rate of 36.5 per cent per year. The company wants to keep the profits intact but want to make sure that the sales are curbed down.

The company wants to focus on making cars that are a style statement and a status symbol for the people. Ferrari is an exclusive brand and not everyone can afford a Ferrari. Ferrari wants to make sure that people don't just buy a Ferrari they earn a Ferrari.

Often the company has been asked questions about shifting their focus towards the needs and demands of the market. The needs of the modern day are smaller cars at low prices and the larger SUV class cars. The super fast exclusive cars are not the order of the day.

The company boss has made it clear that the company will not shift to any other class. They have been producing exclusive cars over the years and they will stick to doing so further. If people want smaller cars or the SUV class cars with features of Ferrari then they can shift to Maserati. Ferrari is an exclusive name that sticks to its Morales and principles regarding the production of cars.

In the last year the company sold 7318 cars and in the next year the company plans to keep it down to 7000 cars. This will make Ferrari an exclusive brand and will also protect the brand from getting into the second hand markets. The personalization of cars will be more authentic in a Ferrari but there will be no compromise in the quality that the company has provided over the years.
