Car launch of Maruti Suzuki postponed: stock slips by 5%

One of the factories of Maruti Suzuki which is at Manesar hit the deadly riot. This particular factory is not yet ready to reopen. Due to this, the shares of the Maruti Suzuki had slipped by 5%. Bhargava, RC of Maruti Suzuki says that, it is really not possible to import the extra vehicle to another plant. Rather it is also not possible to shift the lost production to another plant.

Thus, the authority of Maruti Suzuki had postponed the launch of 800 cc small car which was supposed to be launched in the market recently.

In the last week, the Manesar plant of Maruti Suzuki which is present in Haryana has clash among the management and the workers. The strike came into being due to this act. This incident was really violent with an involvement of good number of employees as well as management team.

The fact is really unbelievable to note that, Maruti Suzuki India touches a figure of 1,107 units. This is really a very good figure. Again an intraday low amounted to Rs 1,082 have been noticed. The stock slipped down to a level of 5.18% the car company had traded with a volume of shares amounting to 1, 50,954. Among the various trading sessions, previous one has got a share closing attempt of Rs 27.20 per unit. This amounted to 1,144.55. The issue will be raised by SIAM about the maruti labour to the Haryana Government as per the report published by CNBC – TV 18.

Just after the quotation of the chairman of the renowned auto maker, Maruti Suzuki, the shares of car manufacturing company has fell to 5% share. The statement about the factory riot raking place in Haryana is a major impact for the down fall of shares. There are various facts with regards to investment destination as well as manufacturing base of India. The violence taking part at Manesar plant of Maruti Suzuki is really remarkable. As per the authority, strict action is going to take part.

There is also a plan where the authority will write the government about the violence act taking place in the plant. The risk of investment climate in India will also be highlighted by SIAM. The issue will be well discussed by the SIAM executive committee in July. The committee will be raised for making a decision with regards to the plan and action on labour disputes. One of the representatives of Maruti Suzuki in Earlier days have said that, it is not possible to import an extra vehicle or make a shift in lost production in another plant. The good news is, more than 200 villages made a meeting in Haryana on Monday to support Maruti Suzuki. The village body also said that, the problems associated with various shift workers and the company must be resolved with a peaceful term. If there is more riots and complication of the plant, there will be a good effect on the prospects associated with all village youths.
