Cadillac Manages to Impress with the 2013 ATS
|   Sunday, June 09, 2013
The all new Cadillac ATS is smaller than its processor and ironically this makes it a better choice than its predecessor. This vehicle is in fact the perfect Cadillac for people across all age groups and is bound to suit the needs of the majority of the market. The Cadillac ATS 2.0 liter Turbo 2013 is the first ATS to attract the attention of the mass market and this vehicle has the potential to make it big.

However, there are a few characteristics that make the ATS the Cadillac of choice and its unique design, engineering and technology make it the perfect car for all age groups.
The ATS has the right amount of aggression, balance and performance. While the CTS V was huge, the TSV Coupe was equally burly and that made it difficult to corner and drive, although both vehicles are a class apart.

Behind the wheels, the ATS feels 500 pounds lighter than its predecessor and the vehicle responds and drives effortless. The advanced suspension and damper settings along with the class leading chassis, steering column and brakes make the ATS a worthwhile purchase. In fact the ATS has the ability to challenge the BMW 3 Series, Mercedes Benz C Class and the Lexus IS effortlessly.

These attributes make the ATS a car to look out for. Cadillac had been lurking behind market competition for a while now and its vehicles were called the ride for the old. However, with the CTS V, Cadillac turned the face of the company around and now the 2013 ATS has taken the positive appeal a step forward. The vehicle is powered by a 2.0 liter turbo charged engine although the 3.6 liter petrol engine was a better alternative.

The engine is mated to a seven speed manual transmission system although the eight speed automatic transmission system of the BMW is much superior to the Cadillac. The vehicles cannot be compared in terms of refinement although performance wise they are rated quite closely. The ATS is however a great vehicle for cruising on freeways as the docile nature of the engine as well as the linear power delivery smoothens out the ride.

Cadillac has made major upgrades since its last generation vehicles and this raises hope of a better ATS in the future. It is an outstanding performance among itself that a Cadillac has made it so far out into the game. Cadillac faithful customers are lined up for purchasing this vehicle and they want to get their hands on this vehicle as soon as possible.

This is the first time since the 20th century that Cadillac has managed to attract the volume of customers and interested people alike. Although the performance is commendable, spokespeople at Cadillac are hopeful of an even greater amount of success in future. Priced at $46,890, the Cadillac ATS provides all the necessary aspects customers require in a vehicle which people actually find appealing. Although an expected launch date is yet to be finalized, it should be available by the end of the year.
