Cadillac competes the biggest auto market in China

As per recent plan of GM (General Motors Co.) officials claim that they want to open the new production plant for Cadillac in China on Wednesday because they target the luxury buyers and want to capture the biggest auto market. They aim to start production very soon as per their plans.

According to officials, they aim to produce luxury segment over a long term and have an aggressive strategy to promote Cadillac's sellers network. Profit per capita is increasing day by day because the China auto market is one of the leading and the largest market in the world.
The Cadillac owner said that we are bringing our premium service in china and making plans to compete with Europe and Japan.

Cadillac officials really want to start their production and sales as soon as possible in china and compete with luxury brand like BMW and AUDI. At the opening ceremony of the plant CEO of Cadillac addressing to their guest and predict that this year china auto market will be increased about 4 %, half the growth will achieve in 6 months and maximum rate of growth will be 8 %. The rate of sales of Luxury item in china was a bit slowly because at the time of a crackdown by the communist party against the lavishness of the officials. It does not matter that what happen in the last 6 months either luxury market goes down or not, they are focusing the market in the next year and aimed to grow as per expectation.

We all have to be alert; GM forecast that by the year of 2020 the China auto market will capture 2/5th of the luxury auto market. The officials of the Cadillac said that, new plant in Shanghai China has the vehicle capacity of 160 thousand and a research and development center. GM has just started one model which is an XTS sedan in china, production of this model was started in February; now new plant in Shanghai also sells the SRX sport vehicle. GM of Cadillac aims to produce 100 thousand vehicles by 2015 and quadruple the shares in the luxury vehicle area by 10 % at the time of 2020. GM also plans to launch new models in China every year from the start of production for the next five years continuously. Socia claims that Chinese dealer's of Cadillac will rise about 200 from 69 at the end of 2012.

All the manufacturer's of China as well as international all aims to increase the contest for gradually increasing successful drivers in China. According to census auto sales increases about 19 million and analysts and manufacturer predict that this number will rise as much as 32 million by the year of 2020 this figure is equivalent to the United States of America and Europe. Now it's time for all the manufacturer to enhance the luxury market of china and aim to compete their goals against all the leading luxury brands in auto vehicle throughout the world.
