BYE GALLARDO, HELLO CABRERA
|   Monday, September 09, 2013
If you are waiting for the news about new Lamborghini then you are in luck. Right out from the oven we have the rumour turned into truth. Yes! Lamborghini is introducing its new version to replace old one. Lamborghini's top selling most successful car the "Gallardo" had a magnificent run from 2003 but now it is retiring. It is now being replaced by the new Lamborghini Cabrera 2015. Gallardo was unarguably the most outstanding and dazzling car ever made by Lamborghini, having the top of the line features and lightning fast engine the Gallardo will always be remembered.
And now the Cabrera has big shoes to fill.

Usually concept cars are spied during daylight, when they are testing their functions and speeds on famous tracks but the Lamborghini 2015 Cabrera was spotted several times during night ahead of its release next year. This enabled us to have a detailed view of some of the new external features. At the first of the Cabrera, you can easily tell that it has a lot of things common from the Lamborghini Aventador and not from the Gallardo. The main difference is the tail lights; they are much sleeker as compared to Aventador or Gallardo. It is not even according to the typical Y-shaped LEDs which all the Lamborghinis had. But the rear body panel which stretches from the roof to rear-end is merely same as Aventador. A wild guess made by the experts is that the body of Cabrera will be made by a combination of materials like Aluminium, Carbon Fibre and Fibreglass.

Let's talk about the engine specifications. The Lamborghini 2015 Cabrera will feature a modernized version of the 5.2 litre V-10 engine which will produce 600 horsepower. To handle such kind of power, the Lamborghini will surely use an upgraded gear-system such as seven-speed dual clutch transmission and Italian Traction Witchcraft. We are expecting this car to be a All-Wheel drive but following the Gallardo Legacy, a rear-wheel drive model is also expected. As Audi is an automobile partner with Lamborghini, therefore we can say that the upcoming Lamborghini cars will have similar features as Audi R8 or other models.

The Lamborghini 2015 Cabrera will be presented at the 2014 Geneva Auto show where it will successfully replace Lamborghini Gallardo. We all await this new model to enter the market. Its dazzling model and amazing features has already put Lamborghini fans on high alert. People who love to drive it know its worth. Rest should try their luck to get their hands on this newest launch.

Lamborghini has never disappointed its niche in past and we hope it doesn't in future. Having cars like these in market make you drool for sure. Their features are high tech compared to other launches to be made this and next year. Let us now see will it be able to break its own and other competition's record and what will users have to say about it.
