BMW from their latest and greatest launch of BMW i3 have got a very strong response from their customers. This compelled to BMW to think about the launch of next generation of their electric car series after i3. BMW i5 is in rumor right now; at present company have i3 in the assembly line. The demand is very high for this production that this luxury car making company is ready to start the next generation of i-series.

According to insiders of BMW, that all cars from i1 to i8 and the next generation vehicles like i3 the electrics cars and i8 the sports plug-in hybrid cars will be together called the i5.
The proposed i5 version is a stretched version of i3 electric car; this would the car for those families who are more interested in spacious cars having more rooms for their use.

BMW i3 is easier to elongate and lightening as it would require only longer chassis for the front and for rear a longer shell would do the rest of the work. Launch of this vehicle could be any time in 2015, its architect and design planning is still in progress. These changes to electric cars are seen in urban places where emissions and parking have become a big issue and hence after the efforts of century demands for electric have gone to boom.

BMW is presenting their electric car and in between Tesla has decided to bring up a model of luxurious electric car at lower cost for the mass market. But Tesla have cars those are costly as they use 18650 li-ion cells which considerably brig up the price of their cars. Other electric car makers like Nissan use batteries of leaf subcompact which are smaller and lighter, but mainly they are cheaper than any other sort of battery.

Amongst this price fight of electric cars BMW is finely making their small EV cars with range of 100 miles per charge and price might be around $40,000 to $50,000. The company says that the demands for i3 has gone beyond 10,000 units in North America in this spring while their launch of i3 in US. And they had already doubled the production of carbon fiber from Washington factory Moses Lake to face their uprising demands for this fascinating car.

At present there is a huge battle among many electric car producing companies for presenting efficient and cheaper EV cars in the market. They all are focusing on bringing cars with light weights and space for comfort rides. BMW has presented their carbon fiber car, Nissan have cheaper EV cars and Tesla have luxurious electric cars with quite high price.

Tesla is now ruling the EV markets, but other car making company is also trying hard to beat Tesla in this EV battle for lower cost electric cars with a level of luxurious feel and safety. Cars are among greatest interest of humans and now its electric cars, in recent fashion of cars everybody wants electric car with low costly and comfort.
