Bentley Reveal their Street Prepped Continental GT3
|   Saturday, June 21, 2014
Bentley was originally trying to design a track car, when they accidentally found success with their street prepped Continental GT. The latest GT3 is an extension to this notion and idea, which has been utilized well, in designing a potential benchmark product for this market.

Like its track prepped variant, the Continental GT3 is powered by a twin turbo charged 4.0 liter V8 engine block, displacing close to 580 BHP. All engine blocks are mated to an eight speed automatic transmission system, which has greater functionality, responsiveness and refinement.

Bentley claims that this vehicle is capable of accelerating from 0 – 60 MPH within 3.6 seconds, although, along with an approximate top speed near 170 MPH. This vehicle weighs an additional 100 kg over its track prepped variant, which plays havoc with its overall handling and performance ergonomics. Use of exotic materials, enhance this vehicle's general aesthetic value.
