Audi to increase their production plants globally

To complete the increasing demands of their cars globally, Audi has decided to increase overall number of production plants globally. Giving more information on this topic, company officially announced in the last week that they are ready to take this step.

According to company, the demand of their cars in increasing and this is creating a big difference between demand and supply. Also the clients have to wait for a longer period of time in order to get their desired cars.
Additionally company has to export the cars from production plants located in other countries. This is something that affects the profit of the company.

The company officially announced that though they have lot of production plants in lot of countries, but still somewhere they are not able to maintain a balance between demand and supply. So this is exactly what for which they are going to take this step. When asked about the countries where more production plants will be set up, the company told that this generally includes US, Australia, Netherlands and some countries of Europe and Asia.

The company is planning to soon start the construction of their plants. A news channel has recently shown that Audi is working on a plan that will set their new production plants in different countries by the end of 2014. Also it has been shown on the news channel that company has already started completing formalities in order to bring the plan into action.

The CEO of Audi told media last week that Audi has recently overtake Mercedes, and this is because people have liked our cars. This is the reason that demand of our cars is hiking. To complete this demand, the company has to increase their production, and so we are doing the same. HE also told media that overall number of new production plants the company is planning to have is around 11 globally.

According to CEO of Audi, the company will consider to have new production plants especially in those countries where they don't have even one production plant. Some of the countries where Audi already have production plants will also be considered. When asked about the official date of launch of these new production plants, the CEO of Audi said that this depends upon the time period for which production plants will be constructed. Obviously the one who are ready to start production will be introduced first. He told media that construction of all production plants will be completed by the end of year 2014.

A news channel has recently shown that Audi is going to take this step in order to be at the top of luxury auto makers. On the other side the company has officially told that this step is just to complete the increasing demands of their cars globally.

According to Audi CEO, their newly introduced production plants will also contribute in avoiding the recession up to certain extent. He told that large number of people will be hired in production plants and company is happy to its involvement in avoiding the recession.
