Audi offers the new S line of external modification package for the A6 and the Q7 range of vehicles

Audi has recently announced the new S series external package for the A6 and the Q7 models, without any additional costs. On certain models the cash benefit accounts for over R40000 worth of equipments and this is a limited time offer only.

The S line package includes the full exterior modification kit with the choice of either 18 or 19 inch rims. The external modification package includes an S lineup front and rear bumpers, a rear diffuser with a stylish sporty design and side ventilation grille.


The diffuser inserts and spoiler lip located at the front is done up in a metallic silver hue and the doors have the S logo imprinted on them, which bring out the stark difference between the external modification and the normal models.

There is an option of the 18 inch PQ1 alloy rim, which is right off the GmbH Quattro or the 19 inch rim, without any additional costs on purchase. External modifications have also been made available for the Audi Q7 range of vehicles.

The Q7 range of vehicles comes with the option of either a 19 inch alloy rim or a 20 inch one. The S line external modification package on the Q7 is similar to that on the Audi A6, with a minimal designing change to suit the car.

The new Q7 range features external S design bumpers for both the front and the rear, a diffuser inset for the rear of the vehicle and a black finish high gloss radiator grille. The S logo is also present on the rear wings and the side door trims.

Audi hopes to attract sales with the availability of the new exterior modification. Sales for the A6 and the Q7 are already on a high and the latest developments are sure to attract higher amount of sales.
The S line exterior modification packages are factory fitted without the possibility of any external damage or injury to the vehicles and are 100% reliable. The package is set to further improve the demand of the brand in the market.

The new models are expected to hit showrooms across the world from August 2012 and heavy sales are expected of both the A6 and the Q7. The Audi A6 has been a hit with the customers ever since its launch and is available in a variety of engine variants.

The most popular A6 has been the A6 FSI multitronic 2.0T L engine, displacing 132 kW. The 2.0 L FSI variant was also fairly successful apart from the A6 TDI Multitronic 3.0 L, the A6 3.0 L Quattro TDI S Tronic and the A6 FSI Quattro 3.0 L S Tronic. The entire segment displaces an average 180 kW with the 3.0 L displacing 220 kW.

On the other hand the Audi Q7 is available in three engine specifications – The Q7 TDI Quattro 3.0 L tiptronic, displacing 180 kW, the Q7 FSI Quattro 3.0T L tiptronic and the Q7 TDI Quattro 4.2 L tiptronic engines. The maximum power output of the segment is 250 kW, produced by the 4.2 L engine.
