Audi and BMW sales increase as Domestic Companies loses dominance on Korean car market

The Asian car market is a blooming prospect for every major car manufacturing company. If a company can capitalise in the Asian markets then automatically their sales will go high. The sale of a car spreads like a forest fire among the Asian countries. If a car model succeeds in one country then all neighbouring countries will participate in buying same or similar model of cars. The competition amongst the Asian countries serves well to the sales figure of many leading car manufacturing brands.
The ones to capitalise on this situation will earn a fortune from their sales in the Asian countries.

Korea, both South and North are leading among the Asian countries in terms of economy, development and technology. Although they may not be at the top, but they hold a respectable position and the country's economy has an influence on the global economy. In such situations, a car brand succeeding in Korea can hope to perform well in other countries also. The foreign car companies like BMW and Audi has so far failed to capitalise on this situation and companies like Hyundai and Kia are leading the sales chart of cars in Korea.

The reach of companies like Hyundai and Kia are far more widespread than that of the foreign companies. There is a growing prospect among the United States and Korea where they have decided to be mutually supportive. The leading car manufacturing companies are falling back in producing sales figure as impressive as the companies like Kia or Hyundai. These rather small scale companies though fail to impress the audience in European countries and America, still they capitalise on the situation in Korea. However in recent times these companies, Hyundai and Kia, along with a few other companies have seen a decrease in sales in Korea. The companies gain in sales in foreign countries but fail to hold on to their dominance in Korea.

On the other hand, the foreign countries see a drastic change in sales in Korea. Their sales have increased in percentage as a result of the fall in sales percentage of the other companies previously dominating the car market in Korea. The increase in sales of foreign countries may be due to the monotonous and boring models produced by companies like Hyundai, as per the view of some customers. Some customers believe that companies like Audi and BMW brings more variety to the table and gives them a release from the similar models with a facelift released one after another.

The domestic companies have responded to this. While the sales percentage of car manufacturers from countries like Germany, America and even Japan see a huge increase in Sales, the domestic companies fail to impress. Hyundai declares that they are trying to increase the sales. They are concentrating on the parts which have caused their downfall. Kia keeps from commenting on this matter but surely enough somewhere underneath they will also try to gain their percentage in sales. For now, domestic companies are trailing on the scoreboard.
