As for the engi ne of th e car, the A3 e-tron is using a new customized version of the EA211 engine designed by the Volkswagen Company. It is a 1.4-litre four-cylinder direct-injection of gasoline engine that is capable of giving about 148 HP and it works along with an electric motor and the six-speed dual of clutch gearbox. So when attached to the engine these two supports make it able to give 101 hp.
