2015 Chevrolet Silverado HD - improved and ready to hit the road
|   Monday, September 30, 2013
Chevrolet has just announced the release of the latest 2015 model of HD truck – the absolutely new and improved Silverado. Not only that the overall exterior design has been changed and improved, but there are also a couple of other changes: increased size, much quiet cabin and an increased degree of comfort for the cabin.

The front part of the vehicle has been slightly changed with the updated nose style and the chrome grilled which offers a rather dramatic look.
Also, these changes have not been brought only for design but they also seem to have a great impact on the aerodynamics of the car, making it a lot more economic.

Surprisingly enough, the new vehicle's cabin has been totally changed: the seats style and comfort but even the electronic architecture is different now as it has received the latest infotainment system. What is even more, though the engine is not new, it features a totally different technology which integrates stability safety characteristics and towing right into the work flow.

The seriously diminished appetite for fuel will be much appreciated by all the truck drivers, especially by those who never considered it possible that such a huge car will be able to use less fuel and still perform.

Regarding the exterior look there is a certain fact the upcoming Silverado HD is going to be the most impressive among the series released so far. A big difference between all of the previous Silverados and the 2015 version is the fact that the new car is going to have absolutely no panels, except for the roof and windshield.

Made to impress, the new truck will be equipped with a pair of projector beam headlights which surely compliment the wide chrome grille which has been enlarged. Also, the new appearance of the grille is rather exclusive as the edges look shapes and sleek.

On the inside, every Chevy driver will be more than happy to find out that the interior is even more comfortable and that it has been equipped with the latest hi tech features. The steering wheel includes a very useful multi function option and overall room has been enlarged.

Unfortunately, the 2015 version is going to feature the same engine as the 2013 version, so drivers should not expect a huge performance enhancement. Yet, the technology designed in 2013 seems to be still up to date especially because one of the improved details is the cooling which grants a better breathing to the engine.

The normal FlexFuel option is going to be featured by the gasoline V8 standard model while the middle option is going to include the same V8 but the difference is that it will have a bi fuel option. A very useful option to change from natural gas to gasoline, the bi-fuel option is certainly a great asset for the HD trucks.

In competition with Ford F series Super Duty and Ram HD, the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado HD is expected to hit the market at the beginning of 2014 and despite the fact that the engines have not been modified, the technology used is still considered very advanced and practical.
