2015 Cadillac Escalade is meant to impress the drivers
|   Tuesday, October 08, 2013
The new model of Cadillac Escalade, most likely to be released by the end of 2014, is going to be quite different from its predecessors – GMC Yukon and Chevy Tahoe or Suburban. Rethought as a luxury SUV, the 2015 Cadillac Escalade seems to embody all the special features that the car market requests nowadays.

As the Cadillac fans have previously suggested, the last models that were released needed a range of novelties, hi tech improvements in order to keep track with the models released by the competitors.
Thus, the company has seriously rethought the entire technology and design and unveiled the new and improved 2015 model which seems quite satisfying.

Although it might not be the most impressive Cadillac model released so far, the 2015 Escalade will come up with a very appealing series of options and characteristics. As probably expected, the company has changed the design and now the entire front part has received a new make over and, more importantly, it features the already super famous LED technology which seems such a "must have" right now.

Also, the running lights position has been modified in order to match the new lines of the car and the overall lineup characteristics. Both of the sides look very much like other SUV platform mates but are equipped with enhanced fitting body panels and an exclusive, new design.

Although the vehicle is featuring the standard 20 inch wheels, there is also another option for the 22 inch rollers which can also be picked in the chrome version.

The rear part of the new Cadillac has been modified with an elegant set of LED tail lamps which give the impression of a much bigger bumper as though it actually reached the top part of the tailgate. An interesting touch would be the rear window which is now included on the hatch top and this really offers a very lean and fresh look.

Classified as smooth and modern, rumor has it that the Tahoe/Yukon-like rear window does not really match the overall features of the new Escalade, they simply do not belong to the same category.

Just as Cadillac has already accustomed the drivers, two wheelbase formats will be available for the upcoming Escalade: standard and extended. However, there is only one engine option available: the GM 6.2 liter V8 but the absolutely good news is that this engine is an Eco Tec3 which means that Cadillac strikes again offering one of the most wanted features on the market. The vehicles should be able to produce 420 horsepower at 460 pound feet of torque with a six speed automatic transmission.

Another great characteristic would be the fact that the 2015 Cadillac Escalade will definitely be available in two wheel and four wheel configurations. So, as the company has stated, drivers should be ready to experience the best Cadillac driving experience ever!

So far the company has not confirmed any price range for the upcoming model and neither has revealed the fuel economy specs. These details should be revealed to the public next year, before the public debut of the new car.
