The famous auto-maker Peugeot will be displaying the new luxurious version in Geneva motor show. This French made luxurious version is named as Peugeot 208 XY Concept. The French manufacturers answer their sisters firm Citroën’s DS3 that this new edition comes with the superior class exterior and luxurious interior. The material used that would be used for overcoming this purpose is that one which does not used before for such kind of supermini cars.
Formally Peugeot’s XY concept is just for Geneva’s edition but also it seems that in future they might adopt this concept for the 208 too. They are using highly customizable exterior and luxurious interior by some unique materials with the ordinary mechanics that was previously used for 208. That is at the rewarding margin as exemplified with DS3. This new concept makes a superior look and stodgy look as compare to other mini cars of the same type.
The Peugeot XY concept comes with as impressive exterior look especially if we talk about its paint. This concept is gained by the use of 16 coats of paints and lacquer. It has a reflecting look, you can see the color of the car to be different depending from which angle you are watching this beautiful masterpiece. This is designed for those who demand something different and refined. This unique concept of paint makes this car unique for those who want something different and elegant.
Other distinctive exterior features include an exclusive designed 18 inch alloy rim with a chrome and shining effect. Blazing wheels arches, broad side ledge from GTi and the front frame with three bars on its surrounding. The most distinctive exterior feature is the use of fine designed headlights with striking led lights and surrounded with the indicators that provides a trendy and eye-catching look to its viewers. Well finished body design with special looks makes this a masterpiece by the French car manufacturer.
If we talk about the interior, the whole model doesn’t look different from any other well reputed luxurious car. The fine leather stitching is used to cover the dashboard giving it a superior look. Coming towards the power of the new Peugeot XY concept, it is having 16 liter e-HDI engine that matches the transmission box of 6 gears. This car comes with manual transmission. Peugeot new version has also 115 Brake Horse Power. These entire power designs in regards to chassis version is same as the old Peugeot 208 GTi.
