Porsche has a new variant of the 911 launched: the 911 Turbo S gets 30 more horsepower than the 911 Turbo.
Porsche will the Geneva Motor Show Porsche 911 Turbo S proposals. Under the hood we find the familiar six-cylinder boxer engine with two turbos, but the occasion makes the 911 Turbo S 530-hp, 30 hp more than the 911 Turbo. The maximum torque is 700 Nm, which makes the Turbo S the new flagship of the 911-range.
Despite the large increase in power used the 911 Turbo S with a consumption of 11.4 litres/100 km more than the 911 Turbo. That makes the 911 Turbo S sports car the most efficient in its power range. The 911 Turbo S is only a seven-speed PDK (Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe) machine, then their power is by Porsche Traction Management (PTM) to put four wheels. Who elects the optional Sport Chrono package can enjoy the 911 Turbo Launch Control that S 0 to 100 km / h sprint in 3.3 seconds, 0 to 200 km / h takes 10.8 seconds, top speed is 315 km / u. Extra lightweight ceramic brakes provide adequate stopping power.
The 911 Turbo S is equipped with standard dynamic headlamps, 19 "wheels, a three-spoke sport steering wheel with switching games, adaptive sports seats, cruise control, a CD / DVD loader and an exclusive leather interior in two colors: Black / Crema or Black / Titanium. The new Porsche 911 Turbo S will both Coupe and Convertible as from May to assist dealers. The revelation is the Geneva Motor Show in March. In Germany, the Porsche 911 Turbo S costs 173,241 Euro including 19% VAT, for the Convertible you count down 184,546 euros. Belgian prices are not far from neighborhoods.
